- Khate samay na ke barabar pani peena.
- Sabse zaroori: Khane ke baad 20-30 min tak pani nahi peena.
Ye baat sunke mujhe hamare Nabi (SAW) ke khana khane ke tarike ki baat yaad aayi. Maine suna tha ki khana khane ke baad thodi der tak pani na piya karo Nabi (SAW) ke tarike ke hisab se (Allah behtar jaante hain, agar main galat bata raha hoon toh Allah mujhe maaf kare).
Maine ye Badlav kaise kiya?
Maine wahi tarika start kiya. Shuruat mein mujhe bahut takhlif hui kyunki mujhe aadat thi khana khate samay aur baad mein pani peene ki. Par maine try karna shuru kiya aur dekhte hi dekhte meri ye aadat ban gayi.
Mujhe ek baat samajh mein aayi ke agar Acidity aur Sar dard ki takhlif ko khatam karna hai, toh khane ke baad 20-30 min pani nahi peena hai. Isse hota ye hai ki hamari Pachan Kriya (Digestion) achi hoti hai jisse bimari hone ka chance kam ho jata hai. Agar hum turant pani peete hain, toh takhlif badh jati hai.
